12mo. (15 x 10 cm.), pp.iv+279+[7, index]. Contemporary calf over marbled boards, spine with gilt lettering and gilt foliate decoration. Wood-engraved frontispiece of Aesop and 194 vignettes, head- and tail-pieces throughout. Occasional light spotting to margins and edges, generally an excellent copy. Not in Palau.
