London, John Legatt, 1651. Folio (345 x 240 mm). In contemporary full calf with six raised bands and ruled fillets to boards. Binding defective, boards detached and corners with loss of leather. Previous owner's names to front free end-paper and title page and marginal annotations to title-page, all in contemporary hand. Internally with light marginal browning, but generally nice and clean. Rare second edition of volume one of two of this monumental Bible-commentary.
