He holds multiple engineering degrees, an MBA, and is a Fellow of Engineers Australia, a Chartered Professional Engineer, and a Senior Member of IEEE. He has also held academic roles at several Australian universities and is the author of widely used systems engineering texts. Michael Ryan is the Director of Capability Associates Pty Ltd and a Fellow of Engineers Australia, INCOSE, IEEE, and multiple professional institutions. With more than 40 years of experience spanning communications engineering, systems engineering, capability management, and leadership, he is widely recognized as a leading authority in requirements and systems practice.
