(London: The Stork Cookery Service Revised Edition 1963). Originally published as a first edition circa 1949. SIGNED LETTER FROM THE STORK COOKERY SERVICE DATED 21ST OCTOBER 1966 LAID IN. A stapled softback. Not issued with a dustwrapper. 16pp booklet in thin paper covers; black and white illustrations. The 13-line typed letter is addressed from Paddy Smith (Stork Cookery Services Manager) is to a Miss Coulson and provides advice as to why icing could be falling off The Art of Icing was a free gift from the Cookery Service to the recipient.
