Language English and Portuguese, of the four original volumes in the THEATRUM RERUM NATURALIUM BRASILIAE collection , the four tomes were organised in two volumes. 8vo, Pp, 191. [1] ; 253 , [3] two vols in slipcase. Books and slip case in near fine condition. The main aim of this publication is to Place all the paintings and drawings from the four volumes , the originals are in Jaguelon University Library in Cracow in Poland. The great majority of the paintings are by Albert Eckhout, a Dutch painter.
