5 volumes, complete, octavo 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches - very handsomely leather bound in full period blue calf with twin leather lettering labels. Some of the titles with engraved frontispieces and titles (some spotting to these engravings but otherwise good). Each title complete in itself. Printed in double column. Minor rubbing but a handsome, solid and uncommon set. Armorial bookplate of Symonds.
