Copiously illustrated standard textbook on all aspects of building construction as practised in the 1940s, orientated towards the needs of students. This title, by George Arthur Mitchell (b.1868) and Alexander Millar Mitchell was based on the work of the same title, first published by Charles Frederick Mitchell in 1888.
