Illustrated with more than 100 reproductions of text and title pages. One of 1050 copies, of which 50 were special copies. Set in Baskerville type and printed by the Southworth Press, Portland, Maine. Sm. 4to., [18.5 x 27 cms], specially bound for the author in half brown morocco over marbled paper boards, fore and lower edges uncut, lacking the label on the book spine, housed in the original brown cloth slipcase. A partly unopened copy, in a mildly rubbed slipcase. Original prospectus inserted loose. Inscribed by the author to friend and printer of the book, Fred Anthoenson of The Southworth Press 'with appreciation of his help and kindness'. Seller Inventory # 8416
