We are small, independent U.K. booksellers dealing in hardcover books - new, old, rare or antiquarian. 90% of our modern fiction list (including the many children's old favourites we stock) are first printing of first edition. Apart from fiction we cover many categories, and the emhasis is on the specific rather than the general, including: art, archaeology, architecture, autobiography & biography,cookery, gardening, philosophy, psychology, environmental issues, natural history, history, including militaria of all kinds and particularly 1st and 2nd World Wars, literary criticism, the performing arts, travel, topography, railways, textbooks, sailing, cricket, hunting, shooting and fishing etc. A good eclectic, if slightly eccentric collection of books in the best condition we can find. We take great care with our packaging, all orders being securely packed in apppropriate, firm Bookpac boxes.
