The Third Baskerville edition, in a fine contemporary binding of full red morocco, the boards each with an elaborate border of repeated floral urns and leaved stems, the spine with raised bands and gilt in compartments.Slight chip top right of spine, spine is a trifle darkened, corners sl worn, edges rubbed. Joint just starting at top of upper board but aolidly bound and no movement in the binding. Endpapers spotted, small tear to bottom margin of contents leaf. A G-Nr VG copy in a fine binding with the bookplate of Theodore H Broadhead (1767-1820), English Army Officer & Politician. Gaskell 19, ESTC T87227, Griffiths 1762 [4].
