typescript printed rectos only, each Act interleaved with yellow paper, a run of 20 pages at end of Act II bound upside down, a manuscript addition to final line (not resembling Spark's hand), pp. [ii], 38; 35; 39, 4to, bound into grey wrappers, backed with black cloth-tape, numeral to front and a couple of tiny nicks, printer's stamp to rear, very good. There are numerous minor variants throughout this script, which was presumably produced for its opening run at the New Arts Theatre Club, London in October 1962.
