The dramatist Henry James Byron, 1835-1884, was the son of Lord Byron's second cousin Henry. This copy inscribed to [Thomas Haines?] Bayley by Byron, marked for the part of Osman in 1888 perhaps by G. Whyte whose name is also on the title.
