About the Author

Arthur Ciancutti, M.D., is the founder of The Learning Center, a company dedicated to researching the components of successful working relationships. He has taught at Stanford University's Sloan program and has addressed a wide range of senior management groups. Thomas L. Steding, Ph.D., has had more than 27 years of technical and executive management experience in building and growing high technology companies.
