Her twenty years in the real estate profession include eight years of specialization in investment properties and residential sales. A California Community College Real Estate Instructor since 1986, Sherry has also used her extensive knowledge to write test questions for state licensing examinations in Nevada, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Maryland and Iowa. She has also authored Escrow Principles and Practices, reviewed numerous real estate textbooks for national publishers and has written a 45-hour course of continuing education for license renewal. Sherry holds a bachelor of science degree in education from Long Beach State College, a California Real Estate Broker's License and a California Community College Lifetime Instructor's Credential.
