[Motoring] Octavo (25 x 19cm). Illustrated magazine with colour covers, price label 55p to upper. Minor handling. Account of the 7.7 litre luxury saloon built in Derby from 1929-35. In the Ian Fleming novel of the same name, Goldfinger drives a 1929/30 Rolls-Royce Silver Ghost, which was replaced by the Phantom I. The film adaptation features a 1937 Phantom III. This copy is from the comprehensive Ian Fleming bibliographical archive assembled by Jon Gilbert.
