Synopsis
Charging Grizzlies, Rude Neighbors, and More Gems from Proverbs continues the theme of Warren’s first book, Roaring Lions, Cracking Rocks, and other Gems from Proverbs, by placing the wisdom of ancient Israel into our contemporary context. Though thousands of years old, these proverbs touch on the sensitive issues and concerns we have today and offer godly insight and wisdom. In a time when personal freedom and choice are the primary guides for making important life decisions, Charging Grizzlies challenges us to view these decisions from the perspective of godly wisdom. Additional features in this volume are introductory essays at the beginning and end concerning how to study, preach, and teach proverbs in your context.
