8vo (216 x 140). pp, (viii), 416. Contents clean. Original green and gilt cloth with gilt badge to upper board. Head and foot of spine worn and corners bumped. Lower board is scuffed and marked but a sound copy. Copac locates 3 copies at Kings College London (2), and Lambeth Palace. Scarce.
