The work should be reprinted in a similar format: quarto editions are out of place." Letterpress and illustrations have been reproduced with photographic accuracy from the fine copy in the Grenville Collection at the British Museum, and in all details of binding, paper, plate-marking, eccentric pagination, etc., the first edition has been closely followed.
