About the Author
Chef Brad E. Petersen is a self-taught chef with nearly four decades of experience working with food, the last two focusing on grains. He is a leading authority on grains and travels extensively promoting the benefits of grains. He is currently executive chef and spokesperson for Thermador Appliances, hosts his own Fusion Grain Cooking television show and teaches a wide variety of classes. He lives in Arizona with his wife, Louise, and their wonderful family, all of whom enjoy the time he spends in the kitchen cooking for them.
