About the Author

Dr. Ursiny received his undergraduate degree from Wheaton College and his doctorate in psychology from Northern Illinois University. Dr. Ursiny is the President and Founder of Advantage Coaching & Training. He is an Executive Coach specializing in helping executives and their teams reach peak performance in both their professional and personal lives. He is a Certified Business Coach (CBC) and Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) and has coached hundreds of professionals at every level of management.

Narrator Rolland Lopez, a native of Los Angeles, has acted in numerous stage productions, including "The Music Man" and "A Flea in Her Ear." His diverse entertainment talents include working as a stand-up comic, playing the saxophone in marching bands and instructing salsa dance. He is a rising talent in the audiobook industry.
