About the Author
Robin Ryde is an international leadership consultant, established author and Co-Director of www.robinrydeconsulting.com. Formerly the CEO of the UK National School of Government, he is also the Academic Director of Australia's largest senior public service leadership programme, the Executive Fellows Program.
In addition Robin Ryde is the Head of Leadership with the Oxford Group; a fellow of Ashridge Business School and co-founder of the research enterprise Public Enquiry. With a background in leadership and organisational development, he was the youngest person to direct the British Prime Minister's flagship leadership development programmes, one of the largest programmes of its kind in Europe.
Lisa Sofianos is an Executive Coach, leadership developer and Co-Director of www.robinrydeconsulting.com. Having worked with a broad spectrum of companies she works with senior executives through various challenges, specialisingin leadership resilience, coping with transition and helping leaders deal with intractable issues.
