In orig. boards with modern leather spine and original morocco label laid down. Boards are rubbed. Expected toning throughout. Map is also lightly foxed. Both book and map are in very good condition. Spear, p. 281. Drake 11629. American Imprints 38371 & 32966. Neither the map nor the almanac are called for by Spear. Furthermore, this directory has a slightly fuller pagination than either Spear or American Imprints calls for.
