About the Author
In 1994, he sold his business and spent the next seven years developing the Dewey Color System, which he based on the results of a scientific research study consisting of more than 5,000 interviews with people from all walks of life. The link between human motivation, emotions and color became a simple key to better understanding individual desires, concerns, passions and different perspectives.
The Dewey Color System is the first to recognize the connection between personality and the four distinct color categories: primary, secondary, achromatic and intermediate colors. It incorporates employee evaluation systems, once only available to the professional community and makes it easy, fast fun and accessible to everyone.
Mr. Sadka grew up in Meridian, Mississippi and is now based out of Atlanta, where in 1992, he was included in the Whos Who by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. He has been featured in Time magazine, The Wall Street Journal, on NBC Nightly News. His company was a recipient of Inc. Magazine's list of America's fastest growing private companies and was a recipient of the Atlanta Advertising Clubs Abby Award and nominated for the Best TV Commercial.
