Both maps with strengthening and restoration to the reverse, several fold creases with some tearing but overall sound. Handsomely bound by Zaehnsdorf for E. Joseph in brown half morocco, t.e.g., gilt decorated spines. An account of a pioneering Austrian mission to Kenya. The lakes are now better known as Chew Bahir and Turkana respectively.
