Eric Howard became a member of LSURR in 1986. He is a former team president. Prior to joining the team Eric served as an army paratrooper and Marine Corps infantry sergeant. Eric and his wife Suvindar reside in Kansas City, Mo. where he is employed by Maxim Technologies as an engineering Technician.
Co-author John Monson joined LSURR in 1986 and has held several leadership positions and is a former team president. He holds certifications as Ice Rescue Instructor, PADI Divemaster, Nitrox and Full Cave. John is employed by Sprint, as a Call Center design manager, and lives with his wife and their three children.
