Flack's Academy, an institution of which, frustratingly, there is no record. The address was to be delivered by Henry Tolhurst, perhaps the Kent-based psalm singer (1778-1814) and composer of several collections of sacred music, beginning with Six anthems, and six psalms.for the use of country choirs (Chart Sutton, Kent, 1802).
