EMPRESS RISING: Own Your Energy, Trust Your Wisdom & Rewrite the Rules of Aging

Tired of spiritual books that leave you inspired but with no next step? Or practical guides that feel soulless? This is the book for women who need both.

You are not too old. You are not too late. You are an Empress — and your reign is just beginning.

If you've caught yourself whispering there's more for me — if you're done shrinking, done apologizing, done being told your best years are behind you — EMPRESS RISING was written for you. It's for the woman who wants depth and a practice she can do Tuesday morning, not another affirmation.

Written by Rose Wippich — a former corporate HR director turned Energy Alchemist, Reiki Master Teacher, and qigong and yoga instructor who came to this work through her own journey of transformation — this book bridges the sacred and the practical with eight pillars for reclaiming your power:

Sovereignty & Personal Power — protect your sacred energy, release what drains you
Intuitive Wisdom — trust the inner knowing decades have earned you
Transformation & Reinvention — begin again, unapologetically, at any age
Community & Supporting Other Women — find the circle you've been looking for
Forgiveness & Healing — practice liberation, not obligation
Self-Care & Nurturing — honor the body and spirit that carried you through everything
Abundance & Gratitude — recognize richness beyond what you've been taught to measure
Energy Management & Protection — take up the space that is yours

Every chapter includes Royal Invitations — guided meditations, rituals, and journal prompts drawn from Reiki, qigong, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. No fluff. No hustle. No "simple steps." Just real practices for women living real lives.

Whether you're navigating menopause, empty nest, divorce, or the quiet question is this really all? — this isn't about aging gracefully. It's about rising, fully, into who you've always been becoming.

Dear Empress, your throne awaits.

Rose Wippich is an Energy Alchemist, Reiki Master Teacher/Mentor, and Qigong and yoga instructor who guides women to reclaim their power in what she calls their "Empress years." After navigating many of life's profound challenges, including breast cancer, Rose underwent a spiritual awakening that transformed her approach to aging, healing, and personal empowerment.

Her philosophy reframes aging as expansion, not diminishment — calling women to abandon limiting narratives and step into their Empress years with confidence, grace, and unapologetic power. She combines fierce compassion with practical tools, helping women set energetic boundaries, practice forgiveness as liberation, and discover the radiant authority that emerges when they stop shrinking and start shining.

Rose now guides other women through that same transformation — helping them release what no longer serves, claim their sovereign space, and step into their roles as wisdom-keepers and leaders. She believes that when one woman rises into her power, she creates ripples that lift all women.

When she's not teaching, writing, or podcasting, Rose can be found teaching qigong, writing for her Substack, spending time with her husband and twin boys, or mentoring other women on their spiritual journeys.

Empress Rising is her first book, born from her desire to help women rewrite the narrative around aging and step boldly into their most magnificent years.
