Original blue lettered blue cloth (casing with slight lean and page edges lightly spotted - otherwise VG), dustwrapper (chipped at edges and lower cover lightly marked - in protective wrapper, not price clipped). Pp. 451, illus with coloured frontispiece, b&w plates and maps (scattered spotting throughout; armorial bookplate of Lord Dunboyne on front paste-down; no inscriptions).
