About the Authors

He has authored or co-authored 18 books, including THE PRINCIPALSHIP (with Beverly Irby), published by Wadsworth Cengage Learning.

Allan Ornstein (Ph.D., New York University) is Professor of Education at St. John�s University in New York. He is the author of more than 55 texts and 400 articles and research papers, and has served as a consultant for more than 60 government and educational agencies.
