The Ethics of Human Development Training Program (Paperback or Softback)

The Ethics of Human Development Training Program is detailed in this book. The purpose of the program is one, to teach the ethics of human development and two, to build ethical cultures within organizations.

What are the ethics of human development? They are the rules that guide us as we attempt to promote growth in ourselves while also serving the organizations and communities of which we are a part.

The ethics of human development could be called the ethics of personal responsibility, the ethics of self-actualization, the ethics of teamwork and collaboration. By whatever name, they are the ethics by which we educate, mature and enlighten ourselves.

An ethical culture is a culture continuously in the process of minimizing its self- destructiveness (fraud, libel, theft, negligence, abuse, etc.) while at the same time maximizing its prospects for survival and success. It is a culture actively involved in supporting the ethical growth and development of its members.

This book defines and clarifies the ethics of human development while also providing the tools and processes integral to building ethical organizational cultures. Hopefully, it can be of use to individuals, teachers, trainers and human resource personnel interested in providing ethics of human development training in their organizations and classrooms.

"... higher than the life of art is the art of life. And ethics is the lore of the art of life." (Will Durant) The ethics of human development are a part of that lore, fundamental to it, I believe. My hope is that this training program can be of benefit in significant ways to the individuals and organizations that are drawn to it.
