The Exercise Exchange Program (Paperback)

Paperback. The Exercise Exchange Program is for anyone who has ever found diet and fitness programs restrictive, regimented, dull, and just plain ineffective. Dr. James M. Developed through seven years of research with thousands of people, this innovative mix-and-match life plan organizes food and exercise into easy-to-understand units called "exchanges" which can be combined according to taste.
