25 x 21cm. Hardcover with dustjacket, 189pp. Limited edition artist's book published to coincide with the artist's exhibition at San Francisco's Haines Gallery from July 19th to August 25th 2012. Includes private invite card. A regular exhibitor at Haines Gallery, Rob Craigie is a Bay-area and Chicago-based artist working across diverse art forms. This book mostly showcases sculptural works and photographs in full colour. From the preface: "Some materials used to create the artworks include beeswax, Kool-Aid, air, Spiral Jetty salt, mold, asbestos from the Smithsonian Institute, marbles, pencil lead, ink, oil paint, books, newspaper, photographs, rocks and, of course, Scotch whisky". Rare and apparently institutionally unrecorded. Very good condition.
