Sixteen pages (including covers); serviceman's ink signature at headsheet's upper left (i.e. above the fold). ***** {#2} JUNE 26, 1943 - VOLUME 2, NUMBER 22. Sixteen pages including covers. ***** {#3} JULY 31, 1943 - VOLUME 2, NUMBER 27. Missing sheet (pages 3-4 and 9-10); pages 1-2, 5-8, 11-12 present (with pages 1 and 12 being front and rear covers respectively). ***** {#4} AUGUST 14, 1943 - VOLUME 2, NUMBER 29.
