Scarce. States: Fourth edition, revised and improved with many necessary additions to the present year. Full leather hardback. Raised bands to spine. Parallel text in English and French. Front board a little loose at base but still holding firm. Leather shows signs of handling. Internally, the pages are age toned, but clean. One gather feels a little loose at the base - presumably due to front board being slightly loose. Overall a good and rare item. vii, table, 227, [1] pages. 175 x 115 mm (7 x 4� inches).
