Fourth edition, November 1963, of book originally published in May 1962. Quarto, pp xix, 395, illustrated with colour and monochrome photo plates. Bilingual text in Chinese and English. Complete with the original dust jacket. Packed with hundreds of Chinese and Western recipes and tips for cooking using gas. The book has some brown staining at the foot of the rear board, else is clean, bright, unmarked and has solid binding. The jacket has a chip at the foot of the front panel, the same staining at the bottom of the rear panel and the spine has faded. Overall grades Good condition.
