Georgies Rows of Mirrors

Who said a pair of shoes could not change you?

Jim has a plan to save the sun from unstable hydrogen fusion.

Martinique has been possessed by the ghost of Sultan Faisal, an exiled 19th-century ruler hungry for vengeance.

Across Copenhagen's Glyptoteket museum, a rival operative arrives wearing the same impossible shoes-Georgies.

Physics says we cannot be in two places at once. Faisal disagrees.

And Martinique is about to learn that love, power, and parallel worlds add up to something far more dangerous than she ever imagined.

M. Basyr writes at the edge where science meets the supernatural, and where high heels become high weapons.

M. Basyr writes at the perch of a tall sky rise where the wind

and the moon meets quietly. Basyr's debut work of picture-

driven fiction, began as a gift of a pair of shoes and became

something larger: a story of mistaking infatuation for

partnership, and the easier, slower work of realizing you

wanted lasting friendship more than all.

Blends of real and rare, spared steamy scenes, Basyr crafts

stories for people who believe in seeing the big picture even

when tiny ones almost blur the lines of ruin before we get to

understand them.

Georgies is the first in a series of terrestrial picture-fiction

that asks: what if you finally see the big picture and the

person you should have been friends with is already gone?
