About the Author:

She has presented the concepts in this book through numerous workshops and keynote sessions around the world.
Jeanine O Neill-Blackwell has nearly 20 years of experience as a sales trainer, corporate trainer, senior-level human resources leader, and president of a corporate university. As a partner in a school management company, she has designed and implemented large-scale, train-the-trainer initiatives. She is president and CEO of 4MAT 4Business.
