The reassuring ending reminds children that everything will be okay, because when things get rough they will know to first huff and then puff.

About the Authors

Victoria Remmel is the creator of children's books, including Bipolar Bear (Schiffer Kids, 2019). Introducing mindful breathing, yoga, and meditation to her little ones means they can all enjoy it as a family, and she hopes you can share those tools with your family as well. She currently lives in southeastern Texas with her husband and their two sons.
