Professor Swan has been Visiting Professor of Law at University College London and the Catholic University in Lille and Paris, France, and the IESEG School of Management in Lille and Paris. He has been Member of the Board of the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies at the University of London. Dr. Swan has published many law books and dozens of articles, including law books for Oxford University Press and Kluwer Law International.
