If tracking is required, please indicate in the 'buyer special instructions' option and we will let you know the extra cost.
Overseas Economy Royal Mail services do not have a tracking facility.
We are unable to accept any liability for non-delivery of non-tracked shipments. Also we do not accept any liability for non-delivery of tracked items when one or more unsuccessful deliveries have been attempted.
Outside of Europe, the speed of Economy Royal Mail shipments is unpredictable.
Sometimes they go by air anyway, but occasionally delivery can be very slow (up to 3 months)
The delivery times provided are only a guide.
