Shai Waisman is a Partner in the Business Finance and Restructuring team at Weil Gotshal & Manges in New York. He regularly contributes articles to various US bankruptcy bulletins and reviews. Mr. Waisman's practice incorporates crisis management, complex multi-national restructurings and acquiring troubled companies.
