Noel Tichy is a professor at the University of Michigan Business School, where he specializes in leadership and organizational transformation. As a senior partner in Action Learning Associates, Tichy has consulted with clients around the world including GE, Royal Dutch/Shell, Coca-Cola, Ford, Ameritech, NEC and Royal Bank of Canada.
Eli Cohen is an independent researcher and consultant, and a partner in the firm Tichy Cohen Associates. He has consulted on strategy with a variety of clients while at Bain & Company. Prior to that he held operating positions at Procter& Gamble and Commerzbank AG.
