8vo, pp. [viii], 76, 20. Original teal textured cloth, printed paper label to front board. Label waterstained, a little wear to tail of spine, staples rusted. Ownership inscription to flyleaf dated 1914, a few pencil notes and underlinings. The 4th edition of this work was the first to include a vocabulary, here separately paginated to the rear.
