The Light Work Journal: A Guide to Illuminating Your Strengths and Living Your Purpose

An empowering, guided journey to discover and charge up your most precious inner resource, your energy, by introducing the new concept of Light Work—from Keila Shaheen, the international bestselling author who helped introduce shadow work to a new generation.

Your energy is your power source. This book will show you how to claim it, protect it, and radiate it.

Preparing for an interview that could change everything? Light work helps your confidence feel natural, not forced.

Craving a relationship that honors your needs? Light work helps you stay grounded in your worth and unshakable in love.

Ready to make an impact in a world that needs it? Light work helps you radiate the clarity and optimism that inspires others to act.

Light Work begins with a choice: to live a lighter, more radiant life and, in doing so, become a more magnetic human. With insight and clarity, this journal invites you to meet yourself fully and, from that place, live more honestly and consciously. Rooted in Depth Psychology, profound spirituality, and Carl Jung’s concept of individuation, this journal offers tools to help you recognize when you’re acting from your conditioned self—whether that’s your ego, your persona, or your shadow—and begin making daily choices that reflect and inspire your True Self.

Rather than waiting to feel good, this journal invites you to step into your power now. The result is a life lit from within—one where you feel emotionally grounded, spiritually empowered, and fully alive.
