About the Author
Michael Hunter MD is a radiation oncologist specializing in breast cancer, and is a partner at Virginia Mason Medical Center (Seattle, WA, USA). He also consults at Valley Medical Center (Renton, WA), Evergreen Hospital Medical Center (Kirkland, WA), and Sequim Radiation Oncology Center (Sequim, WA). Dr. Hunter received his undergraduate degree from Harvard, a medical degree from Yale, and completed a residency at University of Pennsylvania. His interests include family, Shito-ryu karate, piano, foreign travel, twentieth-century art, and Japanese language. His latest challenge is the violin.
