Welcome to Little River Book Peddlers. We are Rich and Lori, operating out of Woodstock, Georgia, USA. We have well over 30 years of experience in buying, researching, and collecting books, and we are excited to have the opportunity to open our shelves to you, so that you can enjoy the fruits of our labor. Our collection is mostly a mixture of signed books, collectible first editions, antiquarian, scarce titles, and general readers, but we hope to have something for everybody. LRBP guarantees that book conditions will be as described on the Abebooks web sites, or better.
We know how hard it can be to buy a book over the internet. To help our customers make informed purchasing decisions, buyers will receive the exact book in the photograph(s) attached to all LRBP listings; therefore, our photo(s) serve to supplement the written description for each book.
Here is our philosphy on the grading of books: We sell both new and used books. New books can be current or older, but they've never been read. Used books will be either Fine (free of any damage and near new); Very Good (close to Fine but may show minor signs of wear as described), and Good (more worn than Very Good but complete with any deficiencies noted in the description).
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase because it is the incorrect book/was not as described/was damaged in transit, or if your order has not yet arrived, you will be eligible for a refund within thirty (30) calendar days of the estimated delivery date. If you change your mind about the book(s) you have ordered from LRBP, please contact us through the Ask Bookseller a Question link and we will respond within two (2) business days.
We currently accept the following methods of payment: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Carte Bleue.
Shipping terms
Orders usually ship within two (2) business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 lbs/1 kg. If your book order is oversized or heavy, or if you are an international customer, we may contact you to let you know if extra shipping costs are required. We will carefully package your purchase(s) to help ensure a damage-free transit. We are proud to offer free Media Mail shipping within the United States.
