Printed wraps, with a small illustration of a dog on the lower front cover. Side sewn. 5-68 pp., plus 2 pages of ads. With an illustration preceding the title page, and one in text. Both colored in yellow. A tale written for a juvenile audience, somewhat moral in tone, following the adventures of Clara and a kidnapped dog. FAIR condition. Wrappers soiled, stained and browned. Some curling and creasing along the edges, with the wrappers split along the spine and missing a little portion at the tail. Pages 17-20 DETACHED and laid in.
