New Edition. Original publisher's cloth with gilt title lettering to spine. Edges of spine slightly rubbed, points of corner worn. Frontispiece (with browned tissue guard). Medium 8vo. pp [ii] + 413. Both sets of endpapers heavily foxed with odd patches of foxing in the text. Text block slightly shaken but square. A VG+ copy of one of the greatest 19th century novels.
