A presentation copy of a scarce magicians? instructional booklet. It is unknown to Library Hub, and Worldcat records 5 copies with a disperate geographical spread: Brown and LA Public Library in the USA, The State Library of Victoria, Australia, Universitaet van Amsterdam in the Netherlands and Kungliga Biblioteket, Sweden.
