Making Progress: Find The Real You, Tackle Your Addictions and Learn How to Deal With Life's Most Difficult Problems

Most of my life has been spent in addiction. I have hurt myself and those closest to me.

While this might seem like a lot of time wasted, the truth is I learned a lot of really valuable lessons.
I would like to share these with you.

Today, I am a grateful recovering addict, but addiction was a necessary part of my journey.
The pain, the hurt and the failed attempts at numbing myself was all necessary. Had I not endured this painful process, I would not know what I know about myself. I would probably still see the world as a cold, scary place.

Join me in this journey, where I will share with you some of the most powerful lessons I've learned.

In Making Progress, I will share with you all the valuable lessons I have learned, these include:

• Why we struggle to forgive
• What our fears really mean
• How to deal with loneliness
• The power of negativity
• What really makes happy VS what I thought made me happy
• And much more...

A big part of this book is also dedicated to the disease of addiction and I go in depth some of the most common addictions we face today, shopping, gambling and an over-eating addiction.
By the time we reach the end of this journey, you will have a better understanding of addiction and dispel many myths around addiction.
